Rumoured to be splashing the cash...always felt growing up they were a bigger club than us, as that was in the Dennis Smith days when they ran away with the league, and seemed to regularly batter us in league and cup in reality, clubs are around the same size.

Yet Pools have still sold more season tickets despite York apparently going all out for it.

In the last two weeks York fans have started shouting from the roof tops.
Bit like Wreacksham and Stockcubeport.

they have had good spells in their history and if i,m not mixing them up with someone else didn,t they spend some time in the old division 2 before the premier was born. even though york seem to have done better tthan pools when we play them i have never thought of em being a sleeping giant that should be doing better than us as far as the leagues we both play in.

Won't be quite the same miles from town in an all seater, least it's a local game.

it was part of the day like going to millmoor was. who ever talks about shiny new bogs that smell nice and have soap and a working hand dryer. we stood up and felt you had been to a football match unlike now where it feels like an outside theatre with seats and whats on offer is similar to a shakespeare play that we do not understand.
