Drove past the unsinkable Titanic of football grounds yesterday on the Darlo by pass, that triumph of ambition over reality, ….. and have to say, it’s looking a bit the worse for wear.

Just round the corner from me, the biggest crowds were the ones getting their covid jabs in the last three years

or arrogance and gross stupidity over everything else. funny though that these newer grounds quickly start looking worse for wear before the older grounds ever did. even in the 80,s hulls boothferry park looked far older than being under 40 years old at the time and glandford park looked ready for the bulldozers coming in..
