He’s like football’s version of Death Watch Beetle, if you find him nesting in your club you get the fumigators in pronto and move him on to pastures new before the damage is terminal.

On the Scunny site it also states he needs to be nearer home because of Family problems, I wish him all the best.

“It’s a college-academy, which is quite high profile over what they’ve done over the last few years." I wouldn't say the one Pools is affiliated with has done anything that could be described as high profile, but you never know.

It’ll be the same sort of thing Ian Clarke is doing down here at the C of E and Maddison at Middlesbrough. Ex Pro’s who can’t get a job.

To be fair, Nelson is walking away from Scunthorpe. They seem quite happy with him.

the game as a whole has been a closed shop for years. was told years ago that football on the playing side was a difficult business to get into and the hardest thing for a non ex pro was getting into it as once in you had some work for life. just wonder what our laptop player recruitment guy is doing now.

you can add the closed shop to all that and you get the present manager merrygoround. every area has a youth team that for years seem to win everything. they have good coaches there who treat the kids well. do they get jobs with league clubs at youth level. no its ex league players that do.
