Plenty down here in the South West. The lack of a cohesive strategy for onshore wind / green energy has led to the inconsistency from region to region.

Think you missed a point there. The super rich types who go for horse racing's biggest prizes aren't bothered by Just Stop Oil's road blocking antics - they travel everywhere by helicopter or private jet. It's not called the sport of kings for nothing.
