on the other hand some individuals can have a legitimate gripe about somebody at a football club. putting something out on social media is only a new version of a letter to the club or slagging em off in the pubs to anyone who will listen. lets hope those banned were for the sake of abuse only as many businesses now hate any sort of criticsm thrown there way.

If you make your point in a reasonable manner, I can see no problem but if it steps over the mark and gets nasty or threatening, you’ve only yourself to blame.
I suspect it’s done in 99% of cases because no one ever calls abusers out, but in this case it has.
