Well this Phil Schofield story seems to be more interesting than the rest of the news. I feel a bit sorry for his wife in all of this. I wonder wether he told her about these alleged relationships with other guys and the runner on the program who has been moved on. I think Schofield is finished. It will be interesting to see wether this young guy, the runner will go to press. He could make a tidy sum I guess. It’s also going to be difficult for this morning when the the ex presenters story is bigger than the programme. By the way I am not a watcher but have seen segments of the programme before .

Yes one would of thought so! But as a show biz personality his career is over. Being a millionaire is a nice cushion thought. Not like he has to eat or heat.

Yes, its more interesting news than the water companies who rob us blind releasing 11 billion litres of raw sewage a year into our rivers and onto our beaches

Yes the locals do that here too. Don’t really care about the environment. Just think that it is somebody else’s problem

It makes me wonder the level of the intelligence of the people who buy tabloid newspapers and actually are swayed by what’s printed in them.
In years gone by my daughter had a boyfriend, he left a copy of The Sun once in my house, I said to my daughter tell him we have toilet paper.

sick of the site of hearing his name and going on youtube having to pass the endless video,s posted about him. doubt he is even a unique individual either as there will be many others with a similar private life to him. the whole thing should be like him, stuck on a small column on page 17. he has not gone down either to the depths of depravity like savile or harris but has far less talant than either of those two had.

Can,t argue with that at all.

I don't buy them either. The only time I ever picked one up was in the barber's and that only underlined my decision not to buy them. Since covid our lass cuts my hair, so going to the barber's has stopped. The guy next door to me gets The Times delivered and if the kid is a bit late he is pacing up and down. He then spends hours reading the bloody thing.
I couldn't be arsed.

The front pages in the Sunday paper rags are full of it, watched Sky News press review, never got a mention, more important topics to discuss.

people must have really sad lives if thats all they have to gossip about and sunday bog paper has nothing else to report. its this age of celebs thats brought all this about that i have never bought into. met a few ex international footballers in all my years and just talk to them like anybody else i,d met in the street. there will be people we have met at work who could also have had a dodgy past or a dodgy present as well as schofield, savile and the rest but if they are found out at the most you,d get is a one day headline. does not make any actions they did any worse or better than a celeb has done.

ITV say they ave sacked him whilst he says he has stood down.

I know which one I would believe.

What was his advert - "We buy anycar" - just don't understand "celebrity" endorsement for any product that would make you buy it.

Agree, since when was Schofield noted for his insight into car valuations…. ?

I reckon this is just the tip of the iceberg with Pip Schofield.
The press have clearly got loads lined up on him still to release.
Like when he exited the closet last year- that only happened because someone was about to expose him in the papers.

Bit like when Wee Jimmy Krankie suddenly resigned from the SNP. (Rumours that she was secretly Howard's Way) not really that surprising given that she previously spent a lot of time dressing up a wee boy! Then it turns out that 600k has gone missing from party funds and her husband who was running the show selflessly loans the SNP 100k of the money that he allegedly hadn't embezzled. The highlight for me though was when they dug her garden up- they made it look like Fred West's old gaffe! Now don't get me wrong Fred had his faults but that man could dig and never thought he got the credit his construction skills deserved!

My suspicion too.
More to come on the Sturgeon I'm sure.
And who was behind all the planning involved in showing her the exit door as delicately as possible before it kicked off?
Police obviously in on it.
Number 10 as well.
Who knew what and when?

Only Mary Whitehouse would have a problem with a thread like this..It's the media duty to inform us all about the seedy and bumming going ons behind the cameras..At least if we hear noises behind a live presenter now we'll know what's going on..

Very well said Sir.
Saville, Rolf Harris, Gary Glitter, Prince Randy Andy, Schofield etc etc.
Without the good old British Media none of these vile scum bags would have been uncovered.
Here's to a free press and freedom of speech.
Bollocks to privacy laws and human rights[to a family life etc].
A free press is only means we plebs have to control and weed out the perverted within the rich and powerful elites in our society.
Police ain't interested.
I say well done the Daily Mail.

BBC will have know all about Sav,Rolf. long before us thats for sure.
Glitter more than likely show biss types will have known long before us.
The Prince, well i,m sure the Firm would have known all abouts his antics long before us.
Schofield, Think most/all of the production team will have known long before us.

We get news(HaHa) years after the event.

Yes once the press get their teeth into someone/something they won't let go until they catch their prey. That Sulerman woman will be next on their list and good luck to them there.

Carol Vorderman is getting quite political recently with comments on the Teesworx curruption claims and was on HIGNFY.
She had a bit of work done on her.

Thatcher convinced people we should all own a little bit of our utility companies but as soon as there was a profit people sold only for them to be swept up by the big organisations mostly foreign owned now screwing us.
Selling the Council houses convincing people better owning than renting but not replacing them now resulting in a chronic shortage of social/affordable housing. Builders rationing new house builds forcing the prices up.
Selling North Sea oil and gas off, Norway didn't and have a sovereign wealth fund worth billions.
I better not mention the B word even politicians are having their doubts while they dare not admit with the election looming.
Johnson getting his legal fees paid running into millions, he then decides he wants his own private lawyers leaving Joe Public with more millions to shell out.
We Brits either are very guillable or it’s a case of look after number one f*** the others.

Yes, its more interesting news than the water companies who rob us blind releasing 11 billion litres of raw sewage a year into our rivers and onto our beaches

And of course the energy companies which should not have been privatised, in that a basic necessity in life, eating and heating has become a second mortgage. And that the monarchy aided by the tax payer live in luxury and extravagance . And that millions of people in the UK voted to leave a common trading block because they think we are superior to our neighbours. And that our present prime minister can bend he rules to help his billionaire wife and the previous pm can bend the rules with regards covid. Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Paul P Harris. Now let’s get back to Philip Schofield!!!

What the feck has this got to do with some piss poor egotistical TV ‘personality’ sctatchinghead

It makes me wonder the level of the intelligence of the people who buy tabloid newspapers and actually are swayed by what’s printed in them.
In years gone by my daughter had a boyfriend, he left a copy of The Sun once in my house, I said to my daughter tell him we have toilet paper.

Not bought a news paper for about 30yrs, Say no more.

And yet you both seem to know what's going on in the showbiz world . sctatchinghead Who's your source ? sctatchinghead
