Everything that’s wrong with the National league in one statistic.

And at the bottom, two recent Championship clubs.

It has to be three up, three down because to be honest it’s the third division.

Apparently the vote on three up three down is next week. Looks like it's in favour, but probably won't be implemented by start of the season.
Only 2 of the 24 teams are part-time as things stand.

Mr I the bottom 3 clubs were all in the League recently, Yeovil being relegated at the end of 2018/2019 season.

14 out of the 24 clubs were also ex Football League

Bloody hard league to get out off with MONEY being the leverage for promotion.

Indeed Mr critical. I was making the point that it’s not that long that both Scunthorpe and Yeovil were championship clubs.

I was just saying to my wife how ridiculous it is two teams on a 100 points, and only one up automatically.

They play each other today.

It needs sorting out...but like everything else in football, it takes forever for anything to get done, I wonder why?

Teams that don't have the budget to get out of that league..need a boatload of luck to come up...look at us when we got out.

All leagues are hard to get out of in reality. Money won’t guarantee promotion, but it certainly helps.

Money doesn’t buy happiness but sure as hell poverty buys misery.

whats more annoying is that one poor season can see you falling out of the league and stuck there for years on end and far longer than we were. its not all clubs are basket cases like donny rovers were when they went down and some regular mid table side like walsall could drop down with a season of poor recruitment and injuries with the limits teams have on squad numbers and the transfer window. never liked the idea of automatic promotion and relegation from the league and never will.
