Have you all got your I.D.'s to enable you to go down to the various polling stations to vote in the forthcoming local elections?

I know probably most use the postal voting system but for those voting on the day I think there are many without ID like driving licence, passport etc who need voter ID certificates.

Have you got yours if needed?

Or is this another ploy to stop you voting? Remember most of those without current ID are probably from the older working class population who would never think of voting for Sunak's lot!

But was it not the so called "Gammon" lot that got BJ in?

The ‘older working class population’ have bus passes with photo ID on them so no worries there.
If you need a photo ID to pick a parcel up, it should be needed for something as important as a vote.
It’s the postal votes that should get more attention in certain areas.

I don’t see it as a problem as less than 30% of the electorate bother to vote in by elections but then the ones who don’t complain how useless the Council is.
Here is link how to obtain your voter ID if you don’t have a photo ID.
