Feck all has been said about Hamilton and Hartley who went off Saturday like. Another show of poor communication from the club. I don’t expect them to tell us when they’re wiping their arses but an injury update isn’t too much to ask for.

another area the club has gone backwards since challinors days. we always got some update on where players were with injuries even long term ones. cannot remember last time the names of lacey and crawford being mentioned or what exactly is their problems. its not as if we want em back quickly but thats not the point.

Cooke is out for another couple of weeks and then will have another scan. Curle said after the game that Hamilton's injury wasn't serious. Seen nothing since.

Curle has a weird way of doing things - he thinks by keeping it a secret whos playing the oppo wont suss us out - yet plays the same team bar 1 or 2 weekly with the same shite dino tactics ! horrendous hoof ball followed by players out of position - no wonder we still shite !

Cooke has a dodgy anckle and always has done supposedly - how he passes fitness tests is beyond me (not that we do them like).

Crawfs is only just back in the gym and dont think hes anywhere near the pitch just yet - wont see him this season again i doubt !

Lacey has went absolutely AWOL and dont even know if hes even at the training ground

Hamilton was just a knock and id presume we see him at the weekend

anyways we have new lads - hopefully that solves all our problems

All this worrying about what the opposition might pick up if you detail the situation with injuries etc I find a load of bollocks.

An example being when I was Secretary of a club involved in the F.A. Vase, I went along with the Manager to visit our opposition who were playing in their league game away at Salford.

The following week is the match and we are away. Manager has briefed the side of who to watch out for etc and when the match started we were both surprised to find there were only about 3/4 players from the match we watched at Salford.

That was the last time we watched any opposition, the only good thing is that we still won.

waste of time watching opponents apart from what they do with set pieces. even if they had played the full watched side your team is not salford anyway so problems they caused them might not be a problem to you. there is also no guarentee that a team who plays one week will be as good or bad the week after. it ainy a computer game but ns are playing it with no guarentee once you cross the white line how you are going to play.

We are known as the 45 minute team and that's when we played well.Could go in h/time winning and finish losing.Or visa versa.

exactly - watching a team is for scouts to assess players to bring in... but even then its all stats based bollix now anyways.

watching Pools week in week out i still couldnt assess them anyways - think the oppo manager would have some headache anyways trying to do the homework on us... probs have one line jotted down on his note pad..... Lots of crosses in the box

aww and maybe ... keep Umerah off the ball
