Too be honest I’m passed caring now. Watching Curles interviews post match trying to put positive spin on sh**E is depressing. I would rather he told us as it is!

A mate of mine is an avid Bristol gas head who says they don't rate Leon Clarke at all. Ah well.

So we went from the usual spending cash on a striker for big money, to stockports 4th or 5th choice, then to a 38 year old. You couldn't make it up. Well I doubt lies will sell season tickets next season, like they did last one.

We’ve had the experience of Chris Missillou at left back, Theo Robinson and now Leon Clarke thanks to our man Curle.

Didn’t bother with the post match interview yesterday. Did he announce this signing after drivvling on about his mrs on valentines, hot chocolate or securing a ‘hat-trick’? Muppet!

like robinson its a signing about 7 years too late. it will be his last league club and at his age i just cannot see the lad doing what we need, busting a gut for the cause. seriously at his age would you if you were not a poolie.

Arbroath Turned him down - that speaks more volumes now than it ever has us now knowing what level of that football actually is like

there is lads off the rec on a sunday morning who would walk into those teams - actually not even joking !

this man is finished - how he is getting a deal at a League club at 38 only us would welcome that

there is players in the NL warming benches id rather have

Turned down by arbroath you couldn't make things up. Yet deemed fit to save our season. If things like this don't wake the rest of our fan base up nothing will.

Raj must be giving some of our players a discount on his retirement homes as a signing on bonus

this obsession on the training field nowadays riles me. how many times do we hear words like he is looking sharp in training or has trained really well and come saturday the same player is utter crap in the game. lets have some that do not train well but turn it on when it matters, the bloody match itself.

They say don’t judge a book by its cover. Trouble is this cover looks faded and well worn. However we will await with baited breath.

If you look at all those Clubs he's played for it must be close to an English record.

Must have a tag line like "have boots will travel"

To be fair, they mightn’t have been willing to meet his wage demands….who knows.

I never liked him after he goaded us when he scored the winner for coventry against us in the FA Cup when they played at Northampton. It wasn't one of those where we'd given him a hard time and he was giving it back. He just decided to taunt us. Maybe he's matured with age...
