Anybody interested in how much it costs to run a football club pop on their club website. Gives a rundown of what they receive and spend. 3rd year in a row they have made a profit, not quite the throwing the money down the drain we all believe it is.

All credit to Carlisle United for sharing their annual audited accounts with the fans and anyone else who might be interested. No doubt it will be a useful baseline for interested parties like HUST to compare with what is made public regarding Pools' accounts.

CUFC owns the ground, which gives them a strong position regarding net assets.
