Who are the mysterious stakeholders that Keith Curle keeps mentioning I was always under the impression that Raj was the sole owner of the club. Also has Chris Maguire actually signed for the club? An article on the club's News now page seems to dispute if he has signed and there has yet to be a welcome interview.

I mentioned the stakeholder business the other day. It is intriguing. I can't throw any light on it though and the same applies to Maguire's situation.

Aye, the word ‘ tranche’ was popular among union leaders at one time.
I suspect Curle is referring to anyone to do with the club including supporters.

A stakeholder is any person or persons that take an interest. So you or I are stakeholder's of HUFC as well as Cleveland Police for example

Spot on! He was married to Linseed Tanglweed’s daughter, she had two club feet and a shop on the Central Estate that sold surgical supports and steam powered sex toys.

More than likely stakeholders, popular buzz word with some.
He could have said ..”We’re in the shit, hang on for a patch of stormy weather”.

People who invest in the club. Usually sponsors, fans, owners, associate organisations such as colleges of further education etc etc, many of which will hold the view that the player has breached financial irregularities which is not in keeping with their values and perhaps he shouldn't be entertained at all or at least until he has served his van as otherwise he may bring their association with the club in to question. Just a guess.
