It is Steve Mclaren, Who believes the 4-5-1 formation is the key to a succesful team!

He also feels that Frank Lampard is such a great Central Midfielder that Gerrard has to move to the right!

Also in last nights England B played Phil Jagielka at Right Back..
Aswell as Andy Jonson (Who is pants anyway) Played left Wing For England too

But we'll win the European Championships next year stpid stpid

the problem with england is they manage to scrape into quarter-finals or semi's come up against a team with abit of quality and get shown up for what they are which is a second rate footballing nation
