I hope the same as you Mr accrington but when I look at the available players I scratch my head about who is capable of getting in the face of any opposing player.

I'll be there as usual for Pools home games. Haven't quite given up hope that the team can pull another Doncaster result out of the hat - that was a Tuesday as well.

The fans will be up for it and can only hope the players are too.

Challinors teams usually always played like that, you can’t afford to sit back and let teams get at you. Bearing in mind when Hartley was appointed he said the team would play high pressing attractive football ?

Curle covered this in post match, Saying if you allow teams to PLAY they will hurt you.

Its about time Fergie lifted a few wide men.

Hook tumulty at half time. Flapper Killip for the goal. Nobody taking charge. Still we score 4 in the second half

If there’s one thing Pools have taught me this season is that there are so many ways to lose a football match. Tonight, reasonably decent for the first part, concede a monstrosity of a goal…. We either get hammered or we’re just feeble and a bit crap. NDjoli comes on and I can’t help but just roll my eyes. What a sorry mess. You’ve gotta be a bit of a mug to support this football club haven’t you…

What I said a few months ago sadly, even games when we aren’t that much worse our defence is so bad we’ll always concede stupid goals/fail to hold onto a lead etc…

The transfer window needs to be looked at for smaller clubs really doesn’t give u any chance of recovering, really not sure how long Curle will last not that he is at fault but I don’t see anything apart
From regular pumpings until after xmas

Salford looked fairly basic. They cut us open as we piled forward but if we score the first goal, I think we win.

Robinson so far also looks a dud. Another to add to our ever growing list… and that one wasn’t even a Hartley signing!

A ‘wait and see’ season - therein lies the problem. The cumulative league 2/1 appearances across the squad is far lower than all others in the league. A gamble and an explicit decline from 12 months ago…

Decisions at board level will relegate this football club - and I’m pro-Raj - I’ve just been stunned by the ineptitude of everything since DC left.

You just cant imagine where the next winning is coming from. Obviously it is still fairly early days but the NL graveyard beckons.

Clark Odour had a very good game. Went skipping past Salford defenders in the box a couple of times, but the unsporting sods refused to bring him down.

Great to have Nicky Featherstone back. That's the end of positives. Pools looked to be running midfield for a lot of the game and had loads of possession, but no end product. Or were Salford just making us look good by sitting back and time wasting? Done by a really soft first half goal yet again. Shocking from Killip.

I really don't see how Pools can persist with Keith Curle. That's 5 defeats on the bounce, 3 goals scored, 15 conceded. Granted he inherited a really poor side, but he's done nothing so far to put his own stamp on it. He tries something different every week, nothing sticks. Ferguson for one is having the footballing equivalent of a nervous breakdown.

The Transfer Window is the same for all clubs!

The hope is getting comical now if fans think the January Window is going to save us.

Is there any money in the kitty for the transfer window, compensation would have to have paid to Lee, Hartley and Young ?

I tell it how it is.
Me posts are alway genuinely related to results and how i see our club being run.
The plan from the hierarchy for this season was a best ever budget that will have us challenging for promotion.
Sure Raj said when the STs were on sale a good manager will get us automatic promotion. A decent manager the top 7.
So why did we wait so long to bring in a dog n duck league so called manager???.

Could understand the cheap option if we only had 2000 fans and had no cup runs from last season.
Compo from Stockport n Fulham
Good Suit Direct sponsorship etc.
Obviously the Raj worshippers will cry out dont Forget the sage debt. A debt which could of been reduced a lot quicker with a tad of ambition and proper management skills to sustain our absolutely brilliant average support of 5000+ since we returned to the EFL.
:angry-tappingfoot:
A drop off of 1400 fans tells it how it is.
Anyhow enjoy this warm weather forecast for the rest of this week.

We might as well forget about the January transfer window, the last 3 windows have been an absolute joke for the size of this club.

Does anyone know how much debt has even been paid? 18 months ago raj said the club was a million times better off. No doubt we will go down raj will go and debt will still be a shit as ever.

cannot fault the players for effort last night. its just these conceeded goals from corners and wide positions yet again. they looked like scoring from all theirs we just never did. if sylla,s shot had been a couple of inches to the left we could have got something to hold on to. even their first goal had some doubts about it as the corner before on an other day would have been given as a goal kick. ask h,angus. when you are at the bottom luck never goes your way with injuries, stuff on the pitch where you rarely get away with any mistake.

Money will be made available OR Raj will sell. (If anyone is interested)
He cannot afford for the club to be relegated, He would lose out hand over fist.

I would not get rid of Curle, He will have a list of players HE wants.
And certain players playing now will be brushed aside.

Might as well put a black border round the screen for the rest of the season….thankfully my live screening died for some reason last night with 20 minutes to go. Ah well.

I don’t think Singh would be bothered if Pools got relegated, less expense to run the club and only having to pay NL wages.
