Needed doing, looks like the decks are being cleared and the players see the game through the new management’s eyes with no shoulders to cry on.

He didnt exactly improve the flapper during his time here did he lets be honest - the club gave one of our own a job for a bit and to learn his trade as a coach. thanks but this is a clear indication of Raj letting the manager do what he wants with his own backroom staff.... leaving the manager to manage his team and what backroom staff he wants. Great decision from the club... shows us the direction we will be heading under PH. No doubt better will be on the Horizon - add to that a new Physio aswell !

You've got to wonder, especially about any TS involvement with coaching the first team. For a bloke who is supposed to be on holiday the new gaffer isn't hanging about!

Sweeney has a role not involved with first team, he will probably be bringing Hartley up to date with the current squad then revert back to his role with the youngsters. He was never involved on the touch line when Lee was there.

Always got the impression with Lee he was trying to run a ‘boot room’ sort of set up without the ability.
That sort of independent set up that excludes everyone except the coaching staff, or is it just me.
I still can’t explain why the team was allowed to go through the motions for all those end of season games, as though the fans don’t count and it’s all about their players and bugger the rest.
Maybe we just don’t understand

Cant see him being next sure he has just signed a new contract hasnt he ? Will benefit Sweens career learning off the likes of PH and his No.2 - already a great amount of education gained in the game from DC so hopefully he goes back into the fold with the youth setup.

Still on the hunt for an academy manager too according to the OS - wonder if PH has any say in that. All looking good behind the scenes at the club for me - going in the right direction for sure !

Would make sense for the GK coach to follow PH aswell - but maybe we have someone else more local in mind ?

Eh? He was in the dugout for every game. He wasn't there to carry the bucket and sponge. His JD is supposed to be a combination of work with the new Academy and a role in coaching the 1st team. It seems likely that will change now, at least in part.

think he will be with us for at least the short term. adds some continuity from previous regimes. after that it depends how he gets on with the hartley boys.

if he can make something out of flapper then he,ll have the ability to turn base metal into gold, water into wine and tune up a volkswagon camper van to win formula 1.

It looks as though even Mr Medium has given up the ghost.
Can Killip’s man bun be preserved, we could put fairy lights on it to enchant the opposition.

we have ditched the wheel so now its time to do the same with the stag to replace it with the killip bun. surely greggs could pick up on this and sell their tasteless version of it.
