Anyone see the goals, I caught them last night and it was very odd to watch, especially the first two, like I said, very odd.

I get your drift Snowy. Was the Scunthorpe goalie the same one that had a blinder against us???? Northampton must be furious.

It was like a match between Bristol Rovers and a team of remote, untouched by ‘civilisation’, New Guinea mountain dwellers who’d seen football just once on the TV before the match and where sent out to play in wellies.

..just looked like a very professional outfit against a bunch of kids....the kids looked a lot better against us...wonder why?

northampton are not very happy about the situation but i doubt there is little they can do but complain about it. do not know if the rule is still in force where teams can get fined for not playing their strongest side anymore. that would mean a fine for scunthorpe, but would feel like kicking someone when they are down.
