Out for the rest of the season after he "suffered a multi-ligament injury, including a ruptured ACL" in only his fourth game for Fylde.

It's horrible for him and bad injuries can happen to anyone, but it's always less of a surprise when a player has a history of bad luck with injuries. Jordan Cook looks as if his career with Pools may already be over without ever really getting started.

what a torrid year that lad has had. Ruptured ACL isnt an easy one to come back from either, sometimes a career ending injury those. Hope he gets all the treatment and recovers well. Yeh unfortunately Cooky hasnt had the chance at Pools either. Shame.

Spike has a busy summer coming up as alot of our lads are out of contract. I think Mols will be signing an extension too by the sounds of things.

i think there is enough foresight in what the team needs now compared to last season - the turn around has been incredible and so proud of whats been achieved considering we really did shop in the bargain basement with what was left at the start of the season (again no fault in anyone belonging to the club at the time/present but the way the season ended so late etc). I think Spike has a CB - MF - CF to build the team around now. If Mols stays then even more to build off. Least we will know next season whos in and whos out by the time a balls kicked (you would hope). I think we all know what is needed and im sure Mr Lee and team are looking into it just now - Still nothing on the OS around Turnbull so i can only assume hes stayed put at Pools ? anyone know anything else as we really need that position within the club at this level.

The OS doesn't get the TLC it did when Mark Simpson was media manager.

"Scouting and Analysis." It'll be his job to run the rule over Posh's upcoming opponents and analyse their style of play, strengths and weaknesses. No doubt in one of them fancy dossiers.

Wonder if it's a job that'll survive relegation to League One?

Aye, perfectly poised for a Council job as ....’Director of Paper Clips, Staples and Stuff’.

It would seem we only ever really had him as a consultant then... employed through his own ltd company. Like any contractor.. take a job until something better and better paid comes along
