On Bet 365 they are offering 100-1 for Pools to be promoted and 40-1 to finish in the top seven.
I have put a bit on both and you never know.

If you are reading this Raj, ten grand on promotion will get you a million. clappp

Bloody hell, how much did you put on?! B365 have suspended the market! We are also 20/1 to beat Palace and 8/1 to win the Pizza Cup (both b365).

The market will have been suspended as there was games played tonight. It will re-open again.

there are some teams in freefall at the moment, yes we are drawing a lot of games but I cant see us getting sucked into the mire, Scunthorpe look doomed, as do Oldham, Walsall lost 5 in a row, Carlisle in desperate form. I think the draw at Exeter says more about our situation than anything and we will be ok.

even if pools only win 5 games and lose the rest i think they,ll be above 3rd bottom for a start. we are 12 points clear but relagation haunts many fans. accrington are only 9 points above morecambe on saturday but the relegation word was never spoken about at the game.

Yes they always suspend betting during games. They are now open again and the odds are just the same.
I put 20 on promo and 10 on top seven, so i don't think I frightened them.
Clear 2400 quid if we go up. Didn't manage to get a Palace ticket so I put the bet on instead.
I don't know what the bookies in Hartlepool are offering but if it's the same even a quid gets you 100 smackers, not to be sneezed at.

Pools have the depth now to get well out of sight - the last game summed up how really good we are. Playing a decent team in their own back yard with 10 men and still coming away with a point. Most teams in this league would of walked out of there 2-0 down that second half.

The introduction of White and Morris has me excited. I can see these 2 playing side by side and getting the ball into the likes of Cullen and Bogle which will get us goals. I still think our best formation and 11 havnt been played yet - this is purely down to us not having a true strike partnership all season - as last season when Armstrong came in, we composed in areas all over the pitch and managed to find that perfect 11. Think the same will be said once Spike finds who can play best up top with Bogle.

I would give Fema a chance alongside Bogle at least we would have pace.

we are going to have to see who works best with Bogle - or does he prefer a 3 with him being the target man.

our front 3 could be class should it work - Mols one side and either a Fela or Grey the other. Fela just needs some more experience as some of his decision making isnt the best just now. Other than that its a Mols and Bogle top 2 as i dont think Cullen is good enough.

Well, I've learnt something new. Didn't realise outright markets suspended whilst games played. Stuck a couple of quid on, fingers crossed.

Bet 365 are now offering 80-1 promotion and 25-1 top seven. It will be interesting to see their reaction to wins against Tranmere and Sutton.
Come on.

And just dreaming but I hope that the 5 nil drubbing by Leyton when that twat walked out doesn't come in to play at the end of the season.

I’d forget about promotion but having a wild punt hurts no one. I just want to see the team plough on and see what turns up.

thats how i feel as well. tranmere showed last night that you do not need to be barcelona to be second in this division. finishing on a high could also be a game changer in whether any new signings come to the vic if the money offered are about the same. who wants to play in a relagation battle if they can play in a promotion pushing one.

Out of our last 17 competitive games in all competitions we've lost only 3 times, won 8, drawn 6 (1 won on pens), Palace aside the 2 league games we did lose (Mansfield and Bristol) we probably should have got something from, that's pretty decent form.

Id say we are technically one of the best teams in the league now - regardless of the current form and our unbeaten run. Just look at how good the players we have at our disposal are - even the 5 at the back with Shelton in the midfield keep the ball really well and defend even better. Still dont know how there isnt room for ZFA in there as hes one of our best defenders too but just goes to show the depth we now have throughout.

Honestly we just need Pools to keep on winning. As long as it felt like Challinor had left us in the clarts the anger was justified, but from the perspective of today he might have done us a favour by nicking off.

Plus, we got a transfer fee for the 'Scouse git' (c) Alf Garnett 1966.

one thing about all this is looking upward now instead of at teams below us. next week is great as we have not got a game and chance for the lads to have some rest time between training.
