I just hope we have a decent replacement - wasnt something we had prior to DC coming in was it. Was a very professional approach as a club getting someone like Jake in doing what he did.

So we'll just appoint another one. No good fretting over somebody who wants to be somewhere else. Jake is now history as is DC, we move on with somebody who wants to be with us.

He can ride out on the horse he rode in on, the world keeps turning.
Can someone explain why Teflon Dave didn’t just put in a bulk order when he left, or is he taking them in instalments

His Royal Daveness is linked with Sunderland now....

Sunderland won't be going to the oblivion league for their next manager, although it would be funny.

Oh the bitterness violin, if he did go to Sunderland which he won’t I would wish him nothing but the best, unlike you weirdos who are unaware of the ‘pull’ of Hartlepool

There's no chance of DCh getting the Sunderland job. If he did then County fans would accept it. Just like when he moved this way, he'd be moving to a bigger club.

Jake Simpson as Head of Performance is a bit of a laugh. As a player he put in some of the worst performances I've ever seen in a County shirt. Hopefully he's better at this job than he was at football.

Of course there wasn’t, they have certain standards

If he did then County fans would accept it.
Of course you would, depends how he departs

Just like when he moved this way, he'd be moving to a bigger club.
Your delusion is reaching disturbing proportions

Jake Simpson as Head of Performance is a bit of a laugh.
He’ll slot in effortlessly then.

As a player he put in some of the worst performances I've ever seen in a County shirt.
...and there’s been a few of those in your glory days in the Fingers Crossed League

Hopefully he's better at this job than he was at football
Hopefully not..

He won,t be going to Blunderland, He,ll only go where he can control the players, Hence Rooneys lack of game time and finally departure.

Rooney left because he was too slow and didn't match the style of play.

Pity, the players have looked fitter than for a long time while he's been here.
But he left another club to come here,so what's the problem.

But we’re in a grown up league now, while you’re still in the Wild North West non league.

To paraphrase Paul Simon.... :violin: ” ..still crazy to get out of that league”. violin

Like you say. He did a good job for us and isn't leaving after just signing a 3 year deal here, so all the best to him. It's up to Pools to find an equally good replacement.

Your a proper caveman aren’t you, absolute buffoon, riddled with bitterness.Who in their right mind would spend any time in Hartlepool if they didn’t need to ? You sound like your team, drab and dreary.

You live in Stockport, hardly a beacon of desire, no cosmopolitan centre of learning and culture, a drab north western stereotype mill town where the inhabitants worship a railway viaduct as a God.
You’re a long term non league team suddenly finding yourself in the sun with your loadsamoney sugar daddy.... for now.( they all get bored in the end). You turn up and goose step around flaunting your transient rise in good fortune mocking like a beggar on horse back but talking like a horse’s arse.
If you want to come on here to talk football fair enough , but infantile visits to try out some pitifully embarassing wind up formulated by what appears to be a panel of fuckwits with the IQ of a black pudding wins no friends.

honestly i could not give a damn about stockport getting someone from pools backroom staff to join them. i doubt it will really affect either teams fortunes over the coming months. you,d have thought they had signed sterry or grey on the cheap. as for stockport itself i always think of it as a north west version of watford. nothing much there giving its population with many working in manchester like watfords lot do in london. on top of that their hatred for its teams and the place is on another scale to ours with darlo even calling those with red and pale blue stuff on them traitors to the town. its a pity really as they do have a good side to watch that some of their fans do not deserve with their attitudes to others.

One of my all time favourite memories as a Poolie is Oates shot hitting the back of the Stockport net to total silence in the play off semi.

how do you think i felt when the players celebrated infront of me and all i could come out with was a smile with the hope of no one noticing me. at least in the harrogate and i could have clapped and being a bradford city fan that i told one i,d get away with it.

Prick!!!

Your ‘reply’ tells me you are now one rattled individual.
By the way, your ‘lofty league position’ is basically worthless till the fat lady sings and from our viewpoint you’re actually below us... Do pay attention to what you scribble

I would hate not to meet your boys next season for six easy points, please please please make an effort to stay up, does that tell you anything numb nuts ?

There, there calm down sonny, you’re out of your depth now and chuntering.
If you carry on like this you’ll make yourself sick.

Infantile visits .? sctatchinghead listen to you numb nuts, get your head around being a stepping stone for bigger and better clubs, you’ve always been that, in six months time you will all be whingeing and whining as to why you are looking up at our lofty league position, you are just a bunch of illiterates, bite at anything  , as for old accy keeping quiet at EP well that beggars belief, mind you your not exactly known for making much noise home or away. I noticed little club Hartlepool sold 4700 tickets for a tie against one of the lesser glamourous sides in the cup within 2 hours of being on general sale and probobly would of sold the whole 9500 if given, so when coming on like Billy big bollocks, think again your no bigger than us and never will be.

Making much noise home or away? I think it's widely known that we have one of the best atmospheres around now. The atmosphere for the play off at your ground was nothing short of embarrassing, was that the first rumblings about atmosphere I heard from Mr Challinor last week about it being quiet first half in one of your games. If you think Stockport aren't some stepping stone club like us then your deluded mate. Players are only going to your club for the money at the moment, those days won't last long and it appears even the big cash going in is slowing slightly, no huge signings this month or maybe I missed something?
