Wearing the cap of the other three semi-finalists, I think they all wanted Hartlepool at home!
However all three would be beatable at the Vic with Rotherham the toughest.

We are at home that's the most important thing for me, hopefully should get biggest gate of the season away end full and we have nothing to lose.

Rotherham will not want to come up here midweek and get battered. They have seen all too well what we have done in the cups. We are riding a bit of luck and long that continue. Id imagine they have an eye on keeping their strongest 11 for the league. For us ill feel we will play our strongest 11 too. Be a cracking game and full house. Luckily home to attend this one too.

Be interesting to see if we dispense with the "Second" Team that has got us this far! Unless they are the strongest team?

Also been poor attendances in the competition so far and Live on Sky, hopefully a full house with the Glory Hunters!

Pools shud make the next 2 home games in league voucher games.
A fairer system n a bit of xtra cash towards the summer pot.

Someone mentioned a couple of weeks back that Rotherham played a strong side in the quarter finals whereas Wigan played a lot of kids. This close to a Wembley appearance that's not going to change.

The Pools 11 is anybody's guess. There's a few like Francis-Angol and Joe Grey who would be very unlucky to miss out after what they've put into us getting this far. It'll be a very tough call for Spike. Personally, I'd like to see them play.

not that good for the lad. last two league games played he has let in 10. can see his confidence now being totally shot. a funny signing really for them. like pools signing darlo,s back up keeper and throwing them into a local derby against the top of the league side.
