Fela changed the dynamics when he came on. Joe grey makes us look like scoring. Can Lee not see this ? Cullen is turd. Needs it on a plate to score. Cant always have that at this level. Mols grafts and sometimes creates the odd chance but id rather have another striker over him all day long and him play in the midfield over Shelton. Holohan is finding it hard in that 3 at this level also. Lidds looking like hes due a rest also. Might see Hull play on tuesday.

Funny I thought Cullen had a decent game on Saturday, layed the ball off well and worked hard.

Shelton was one of Pools' better players on the day, it's just frustrating how often he sends shots from distance sailing over the bar. So much 'analysis' based on 2 minutes of highlights

Funny how people see totally contrasting performances in players.

What changed the dynamic of the game was having 4 attacking players on the pitch. Fela has showed he isn’t good enough plenty of times this season. Hopefully we can use his wage elsewhere but can’t see anyone taking him.

Grey has potential but isn’t the answer to our problems. We need more wingers/midfielders to actually create chances for whoever is our front two

jon...totally agree on fela....runs with his head down when he has the ball.....and never looks to have it fully under control...

I thought Fela did okay, was instrumental in our equaliser, as I said in another post he's not really been given much pitch time, if Ogle had converted that gilt edged chance in the first half we possibly win 2-1 and everyone is happy.

that includes managers and coaches. sometimes its a case of wanting certain players to do well and mistakes are glossed over and good points magnified.

Fela just needs some time on the pitch and to play in a formation that suits him - hes possibly our quickest player just now. Holds the ball up well and wants to beat a man. I prefer him over Cullen just now. Should he start scoring his confidence will rise as did Bureys when he first came on the scene. Its upto him now to make sure the new signing doesnt get anywhere near the team. Cant see Carver having the impact we all hope and wish he will have. A half season in the NL then to us would of been the better option but time isnt on either of our hands unfortunately.
