Does anybody know if the Town end is for home or away supporters for this game? I haven't seen anything anounced from Pools.

I think the Bolton and Blackpool games were selected as a trial but I haven't anything about Charlton yet.

I bought my ticket from 'The Valley' this morning, Charlton were allocated 498 tickets in the 'Rink End'.
At a complete guess i would imagine we may bring about 300 fans next week.

Refusing to ‘sing or chant’ goes against ‘bye law 163/5GK/ Sd2.’ and can result in a hefty fine of 49p if failing to comply. You have been warned.

Hobin said during the match commentary last night that it will be closed again!

That’s the thanks you get for having a town end season ticket for 30 plus years. Shifted out of your stand

He did, but....he stated they were supposed to go in the Rink End but the number of seats damaged by Carlisle supporters (and they’re discussing it with Carlisle) meant there weren’t enough seats in the Rink End as required by the rules.
Hence, the Town End has to be used.
Blame the Carlisle supporters.

We must be really fucked if we can’t afford to replace a few broken seats

If you do while it’s still being discussed you end up paying the full whack.
Do you know the cost of new seats.....?

We are replacing the seats in both the rink end and millhouse I've heard in the summer. So I think it's safe to say redevelopment is out of the window for a few years if they are doing that.

It’s some plastic seats not a new stand

I got the invoice for three hundred well over ten years ago and it made my eyes water, the plastic is the cheap part compared to the frames.
Don’t forget they ain’t garden ‘furniture’ standard either, they’re better than that.
