I went to a funeral yesterday and in the crematorium there was a defribilator on the wall. I couldn't help thinking that this was optimism in the extreme...

My great Uncle’s Army greatcoat was used to clothe his Uncles body after the shroud caught fire during the wake...... he didn’t find out (sober up) till the day after the funeral. My nana said he kept saying “”what the hell does he want it for?” He was given a letter for his C.O. from the priest who conducted the funeral explaining ‘events’.
