Widely known as Sir Roger in the red half of Liverpool, he was so highly esteemed. Great goalscorer, RIP Roger.

My first footballing hero. He's the reason why I always follow Liverpool, second to Pools obviously.

Always thought of him as invisible man of the 66 World Cup. A good servant to his club and I admire that sort of player RIP.

Sir Roger Hunt. Yet another great footballer from the past has gone. Great memories. Rest in peace sir. Shame you never graced a Pools shirt but we were shite back then.
