Two perfect examples in those highlights of Killip's flapability and at least four examples of our need for a striker or two but we all know those two problems. The big question is how do we get round them. Our hands are tied by the transfer rules but we have three and a half months to line up the right people, so are we doing that, can we afford to do it and will Raj sanction it.
Two things we have left to do in 2021, get Challinor's contract sorted and decide our recruitment strategy for the second half of the season. Our home gates are very healthy at the moment, we have to bust a gut to maintain or even improve on that.

Totally agree !

We look to Free Agents for the firepower, hoping there is an experienced striker coming back from minor injury who is without a club and looking to build his career again - Fela for me has to start at Oldham, other than that change the formation to suit Mols on the wing. Ive never been Sheltons biggest fan but him missing out the side last night showed why he starts week in week out. Daly is tidy and poses a threat but Holohan again is a big miss for us.

We then look at Mitchell for the Goalkeeper change.

actually if i was a sutton fan i,d be living in more fear than a pools one. all the ball they had and only scored one goal from a keepers flapping where pools with minimal chances had one kicked off the line and their keeper making the games best save.

Agreed ! we made them look good to be honest (also wasnt our strongest 11 on the field) They will go back down unless Bennett keeps his shooting boots on.

Timi was at fault for our goal aswell. Poor defending and no one on the back post. Needs to be dropped tomorrow. Hendrie or Lawlor need to stake claim for that spot in the team. Both more experienced and bigger lads to defend those sorts of threats that we conceeded.

You have a point. However due to Covid-19 and injuries we didn’t start with our preferred front two. We also have our Millwall striker Tanto getting fit for action.

I’m surprised you were so cautious for the majority of the game. You proved how good you were, once the shackles were removed.

If you want to win away games just go for it.

Our problem against sutton was 4 of our best players were missing and we had no forwards which now hopefully has been addressed for the time being.
On the night sutton deserved the points.

He seemed to misjudge the flight of the ball then flapped.

do not think it was being cautious and having the shackles removed. just a game we seemed unable to get hold of for 75 minutes where your lads totally bossed it. funny how millwall seem to unearth decent lads as both millwall players ours and yours were out and ours has already made a big impact.
