It's interesting that the four lowest are also the newest football league clubs, speaking in terms of traditionally rather than chronologically.

lived in Stevenage for a few years.

Most people there seem to have links to North London so are Spurs and Arsenal fans, probably explains the attendances.

Great to see especially those 5k plus.
Hopefully these fans will remain supporting their home town clubs and stay away from the clubs in higher leagues.

The Harrogate attendance is prob what Armstrong will be playing in front of this season. Very poor tbh

Stevenage is also a mega shithole. So cant fault the footballing community there to up sticks on a saturday afternoon and seek prem football close by.

If messi goes to City then Salfords attendance will fall even more. A lot of plastic new city fans will get to all those home games.

FGR are a relegation away from being dumped by their owners too. Unfortunately cant see them falling back down the pyramid though.

Harrogate are just a bunch of posh rugby fake leed supporting feckers. Armstrong scored on his debut also.

I will always remember having a good chuckle at the Boreham Wood chairman having a genuine meltdown over the fact his club weren't getting over 1,000 people, he seemed completely naive to the fact that Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur existed just down the road.

Salford are yet another club glory hunting club in Lancashire, if you look at them you'll notice the attendance of FC United of Manchester has plummeted since Salford's rise.

Another thing I always found ironic was Workington getting voted out due to "low attendances" only for them to vote in Wimbledon.

They’re just hobby clubs for someone to have an ego trip on. When the novelty wears off...?

Bristol Rovers had 1,300 at Mansfield, Port Vale took 1,100 to Northampton and Walsall took 1,200 to Tranmere. Makes our attendance look even better if you look at those away followings compared to what we had from Crawley.

So did Nike Kabamba. He's always mustard at the start of his spell with a new club.

We've got him, Rodney, Amond, Oates and Armstrong to look forward to at the Vic. It's the ultimate test of whether our ex-players 'always' score against us

a club if they really needed the money would be better swapping the away and home sections. know now i have not a hope in hades of watching pools in the away section and will be a neutral again with the tory betty,s eaters.

harrogate and salford, clubs if you live in those areas where fans have already allegance to another club. vegans play in a rural area with no big towns nearby plus the eco thing will put some off em. stevenage a new town for london overspill with traditions still aboud in supporting various london clubs. the gates these clubs get are about all they should expect really.

North Yorkshire from my experience was always a cricket hotbed, and I always found the eastern part of Yorkshire the same for rugby.

With that in mind I'd wager 98% of Harrogate's residents couldn't even tell you where Town play.

Out of all our previous strikers i think the most likely to score against us will be Oates. Hoping his ex team mates know him too well and hopefully can keep him at bay. Technically we know he can run with the ball and shoot with both feet. lets hope hes man marked all that game. Amond coming in a close second aswell as he seems to be still banging them in at Newport.

forgot we will come up against former poolie Brad Walker aswell. Not sure how his career has progressed though. Luke James on the bench all game at Barrow too. Then lastly
not forgetting Lewis Alessandra and Gimy Toure over at our Cumbrian Friends Carlisle. Toure not exactly hitting any sort of form since he left Pools.

Also that young Left Back we had from Huddersfield on loan (R Critchlow-Noble?) signed for Swindon.

Tell a lie, I knew about Harrogate Railway Athletic due to them having a decent FA Vase run a decade or so ago.

Allessandra got 8 in the League for Carlisle last season.

Since he left Pools Brad Walker only gets a goal once every 10 or 11 games, same as he did at Pools. Toure only got 2 League goals all season (and 2 in the EFL Trophy). Sod's Law says if any ex-players score against Pools it'll be them two!

Allessandra is about as exiciting as sub standard L2 front man gets then. wont worry about him too much when we play Carlisle. Toure probably come on in the 80th and notch a winner infront of the town end. banghead

No mention of Luke James, 3 goals in 30 odd games last season which is about norm since he left Pools. DC seems to fancy him and I wouldn’t have him back but saying that I said the same thing about Oats.

The Waitrose is behind Horden Conservative Club.

I am going to say Luke James will not be needed and Mols becomes our Hero (much like Oates rose from the ashes last season). Get him full of confidence, learn him the role of an off the shoulder attacking striking and you never know we may create a player out of him.

I'm fairly sure that I read somewhere that Oates was going to be playing as an attacking midfielder and looking at Mansfields line up from the weekend on LiveScore this seems to back that up

Salford are yet another club glory hunting club in Lancashire,
and they are moving to a larger ground. going to groundshare with sale sharks RU at the ground where salford rugby league play. the latter are moving to salfords present ground. harrogate to groundshare with leeds united next.
