Signed on for another season. Hopefully the Sterry announcement to follow!

Still think we need a better keeper though. Not L2 standard unfortunately

He was in good form when he got injured but definitely needs better competition than Ravas was last season. Still a vacancy for a new g/k coach too.

Agree with the above I think Killip will be back up keeper for us.

I’d like to see Jake Kean in that role. He’s current GK coach at Notts County, but is still young enough to be backup keeper for us as well as the GK coach. And that’d save us a few quid. In all seriousness, at his age it’s a criminal waste of talent that he isn’t playing.

seems to be semi retired now. hardly played for a few years now. however its a good idea joining both roles as a coach and back up keeper as long as they still fancy playing a few games in emergency. it is one position though that you can bring in an emergency loan at any time in the season due to injuries.

No point going after goalkeeping coaches. From 2017-2019 we had a champions league winning goalkeeper on the books, still conceded over and over again.

I would rather our GK coach is a good GK coach rather than was a good GK player. Many coaches are relatively better at coaching than they were at playing, and similarly many great players don't make very good coaches.

Dimi might be interested...

I have heard that one of your ex GK coaches has been approached. Whether him and Singh would get on after their last encounter would put a big question mark over it.

Dimi is playing first team football for Thornaby, said online a few days ago he's hoping for a full season.

but it would not stop him being a goalkeeping coach for another club. plenty of these GK coaches have more than one job.
