Just as well as Pools only have 9 players contracted, including Grey, Crawford and MacDonald! However, the Mail reports "positive indications regarding the ongoing contract discussions with Jamie Sterry, Rhys Oates, Ben Killip and Luke Molyneux."

Presumably they had that from the horse's mouth too, though there's nothing on Challinor's own contract extension. Maybe he's hanging fire to see how competitive the playing squad looks in a week or two?

How far down the age range has the vaccination programme got in Hartlepool area? Are the 20 year olds done once yet?

Thanks. It will be a while until the whole Pools squad get first level of protection done. Likely further outbreaks/ loss of players for the first couple of months next season.

There are numerous walk in jab centres all over the country where anyone over 18 can get it.

In fact there is one today at St Aidans for all over !8 without appointment.

Let's hope the Mail's "positive indications regarding the ongoing contract discussions with Jamie Sterry, Rhys Oates, Ben Killip and Luke Molyneux" are based on better knowledge of Sterry's situation
