From what i/we know of managers i think i could play and give my best for Steve Bruce or Solskjaer or Klopp but not Mourinho or Dyche or Parker. But are they really the people who deal with the players or is it the coaching staff.
Is their public persona what they are really like?

some are more hands on than others. think as the years go on many managers attempt to carry on and make more of this public persona than ever before. its getting to the point where people can name most managers even in our league but are pushed to name a player.
