The game's going ahead tonight (7pm kick off) so I guess somebody has to get the ball rolling.

A draw seems on the cards. I'll go 1-1, Shelton to break his scoring duck.
Presumably Magloire won't be playing as his first loan spell has ended and there's no news yet about another one. Cass or Bunney in as the third centre back?

Halifax will come flying out the blocks at us. Was impressed with them going forward in the tie at the Vic.

As Halifax have stopped us from having our usual commentary on Mixir, what do people think about buying their streaming link.
I am tempted to boycott their streaming, thus depriving them of the income from it.
Their actions aren't very sporting like.

Will be watching again though they're one of only 2 NL clubs I've seen so far using a computer controlled camera. There was a ridiculous incident in the cup tie when some jobsworth retrieving a ball kicked it back onto a corner of the pitch - the camera followed it even though the real ball was down at the other end of the ground for a Halifax attack!

TBH I'm still not a fan of the over-excitable HUFC commentary team for home games, so don't mind listening to the opposition's biased take on the game. Would prefer to have Radio Tees on but don't know how to sync it with the live action to get rid of the delay.

Boycott, unless of course they'll use the money to invest in pitch covers.

Bought a stream for the cup game and thought their commentary was decent. Leaning towards buying a stream tonight based on the current run.

Halifax 0 Pools 2
Oates and Holohan (if playing)
Spare ball on the pitch. Copycat Stockport fireworks. Featherstone runs 26 miles but goes no further than a 10 yard circumferance.

3-2 Pools run out worthy winners though it could have been 11-11.

Games off. Frozen pitch.

Despite not needing an inspection earlier.

Proper nawty that postponement like. Fancied the wheels to come off tonight, so maybe not a bad thing.

They will honour it for the rearranged game I'm sure - it's a legal obligation as they weren't able to provide the service you paid for last night.
