Stockport v West ham last night each team made five substitutions from nine allowed on the bench. What on earth is the need for that.
Two of the londoners changes came on/after ninety minutes which is obviously just a time wasting process. Delaying and boring at that point in a game taking the enjoyment out of the climax of the game.

think its another temporary covid thing. they can make 5 subs but only on 3 occasions like now. at times things that were previously temporary measures become normal but i hope not in this subs. case.

Temporary for now, but no doubt will become the norm once Covid has blown over. Its another nail in the coffin of the game IMO, and can only favour the big teams. 3 subs should be enough.

Makes me laugh at Klopp and co. They shout it’s for the benefit of players health etc then do not use all subs allowed. Then as said about last nights match just used as time wasting.
