Opening times stated on the official site Monday to Friday 10-00am till 4-00pm. Went there at 3-00pm to purchase two shirts....Shut! They obviously don't need my money or they are unprofessional and inept.

Click and collect option, it doesn't state the shop is closed, I like to see what I'm buying before I pay for it.

It hasn’t been open since March/April due to obvious reasons. Could’ve asked at main reception and they might’ve been able to help.

Doubt they would have opened just for me.

I have walked past a couple times lately around lunchtime and it looked to be open. Once upon a time I wouldve had a look in, but dont bother these days as give up on there being anything in there worth buying, and if there was, they usually never have it in your size,

The running of the club off the field is a shambles.

Not opened the shop as such but I’m pretty sure that’s where you have to collect your ‘click and collect’ orders, so if you wanted a shirt they could’ve went and got you one and sold you it.

Iv'e ordered them click and collect but the site should be clearer saying the shop is closed if it is.

I think not many will disagree that the communication from the club in recent times has been rather amateurish like, and that includes updating the relevant shite on the website.
