Freaky - I actually got 3 LPs to christen my first record player and one of them was Led Zep 1.

The third was Moody Blues On the Threshhold of a Dream - that didn't last long as I discovered that the nice fella at the record shop in Hartlepool at the time (I've forgotten the name of it now) would let you swap LPs that were in decent nick (sleeve and vinyl) for new ones! Dunno if you twigged that around the same time?

Bizarrely mine were pretty close to KPG.

First album was the Tourists and first single London Calling by the Clash in 1979.

Also agree on the 1980’s!
