Barnsley want to 'improve' Oakwell but the Council won't sell the owners their stake in the ground so they're threatening to move the club to a new stadium - maybe in Lancashire! Wakefield is only 12 miles up the road and has never had a club in the football league, so my money would be on that option.

barnsley could move quite easily to bury as there is a ground there without a club.FC Bury Tykes anybody.
