Apparently Leeds have been trying to sign the former Pools legend but are only offering a third of what he's on at the mackems. He was quoted as saying, for that money, he would rather play for Pools than for Leeds. He's only 26, so I reckon if IOR are gonna push the boat out, who knows?

Jesus, a choice of Boland, Sweeney, Tommy Miller and Liddle in the middle. Good luck with that one Danny!

Tommy Miller will be snapped up by a championship side I reckon. If he does drop down a league well, it may as well be Pools.

His former midfield partner, Jim Magilton wants him back at Portman Road and it sounds like a done deal from what i've heard.

The big factor though in Pools favour, He wouldnt have to up root his family (lass and twins)

And also his parents are here, Surely his dad could put in a good word ! ;)

Tommy Miller would add a massive amount to Pools squad - I do think that he is a bit beyond us at the moment though. Didn't he play some of the games at Ipswich on the wide right as well?

He played wide left once for Ipswich in his Premiership season and remember him torturing Gary Neville when he played against Man U. Also played wide-right in his Championship season with Ipswich and centre mid.

I know this has been asked before but what are Miller's wages, I keep getting told he's on 28k (sounds a lot). So 1 third of that is 9.333k we've cant afford that.
