Other half has a bad shoulder following previously broken collarbone and hurts at back of shoulder blade muscle think it’s the serratus anterior as been advised by physio she has winged scapula and rounded shoulder. She looking for some exercises to aid it as in lock down can’t go get a massage.

This is a fab video i directed a client too earlier in the month, obvs couldnt do anything with her personally 1-2-1 at the moment, as she suffers the same thing.

Pretty sure rocking your wrist back and forth is good for the shoulder. Mr compo. She probably just needs something to grip whilst doing it.

im suffering massively with fridge elbow at the minute have you got any tips on making that any better ?

you probably know it as it proper name golfers/tennis elbow but i dont play them but i open the fridge a lot so it must be that ! on the plus side ive got a lovely face tan off the light in there
