I suffer badly with my fridge elbow, my back goes once a year for a month of so, ive broke my trowel hand twice and have pins in it and it swells in the winter and the slightest knock and im in agony and about 6 weeks ago my knee went big time never felt pain like it had to have gas and air to get it straight and now it just clunks and hurts but apart from that im fighting fit Sussex

me and my mate just set a mortar delivery bussiness up supplying builders with tubs of it so tell all your darlo builder mates
