I see UEFA have lifted the rule of televised games not being allowed to be screened live at 3pm for the remainder of the prem season, also if the prem does no complete the televised games they have been paid for they have to pay it back £752 million so it looks like they will complete behind closed doors and screen live as per obligations.

Who knows what the national league will do.

Sorry you seem to have mistaken this for a football forum.

As long as they remember to put back in place that rule, once this has all blown over.

If the TV companies get £752 million back, I wonder how much of that the subscribers will see? I won't hold my breath.

They'll get a T shirt...... but they’ll have to pay the postage from the factory in China.

Sky aren't taking payment for sports whilst all this is going on, which is decent enough I would say.

having sky anyway is not compulsory. wish a hell of a lot of others didn,t have it to be honest. having one is like you are supporting the premier league in its present financial form.

All clubs will be voting next week with recommendations from the fa on how to end the season.
Pools will recieve £58,333 next week from the fa.
Full article is on bbc football.

So the FA are letting the clubs vote on whether the season should be ended now no remaining fixtures played at a later date.
Seen as there's a lot more clubs don't have a chance of promotion then the vote is bollocks just an excuse for the FA to kill more non league football.

Then anutha vote to decide if PPG or even null n void or whatever other shite they come up with.
I'm 100% behind the Yeovil chairman in that the season should be finished off even if it takes till 2021.
Even if Pools were top bottom or mid table my view would stay the same.
The death of non league football will be down to the clowns who run the FA not corona.
Any predictions for next week?

if we all follow the yeovil method then it would knacker up 2 seasons instead of just one. even a 2011 january start would mean the seaon would be over sometime by the middle of march with the play offs. too late to start another so how and where are clubs going to get their finance from. 4 home games from now till august 2021. thank goodness that bloke does not run pools.

National League will follow suit with the tiers below, null and void, cue statement longer than War and Peace written entirely in lawyerspeak that basically comes down to "lol you wasted your time". The Premier League will have to finish to avoid getting sued, which directly impacts the EFL, so I assume the EFL will be finished via PPG.

So yes, you're right, the clowns who run the FA couldn't give a fuck about football outside the EFL.

Don't see why we couldn't postpone season 19-20 indefinitely, cancel season 20-21 outright and just play the previous season instead. No one wastes time or money, because the season hasn't existed to waste it on. But I suppose the FA make more money just nuking an entire season.
