Well with nothing else to do just thinking who Challoner will let go. I do realise he cannot please everyone and we all have different ideas but I believe these are certainties or in the firing line.

those you have listed must be certainties and if any are still under contract then offers are invited with a 99p no reserve price. mind you there is always one surprise at least when the retained list is published.

That would be Mike Myers out of Wayne's World.

Well known for playing an ill tempered, fat Scottish bastard...

Oh and Shrek.

As well as the Cat In the Hat. When I hear Myers I think of the Myers-Briggs personality indicator.

Would imagine the the amount of players getting binned in the Vanarama will go up massively.

Threadbare squads for the clubs that don't go under.
And now the government's saying this self distancing could last for up to a year.
Empty grounds for health n safety reasons.
Fuck knows what's gunna happen.
Rest of season probably finished of behind closed doors.
Then 21/22 could be a write off apart from prem league of course which will live from live TV.

if that is brought in then next season is the one to worry about much more than the present one. how many clubs would go under is anyones guess and there will always be a limited amount of money to go round everyone even if there is a willingness to prop clubs up anyway.

Pretty much agree although I wouldnt release Cunningham. The lad has done well whenever called on imo, wont be on a big wage either so id keep for squad purposes.

Id offer Williams the opportunity to continue to train with us if he so wishes. Obviously local and I cant imagine another club making an offer for him, no harm keepin an eye on him in the unlikely event he gets over all his niggles.

How can Williams continue to train with us and not get any wages. He will need to get an income from somewhere in order to live.

The same way many players train with clubs when not getting paid.

Yes that’s for a short period of time. The lad has to live.

Yes he does.

He might do badges or summit I have no idea.

I simply said id offer him the chance to continue to train with us if he wishes to try to get/keep fit.

Challinor said in the Mail he may be struggling with the mental side, I imagine being around the lads would help if this is the case.

We took a risk when we signed him then another risk when we gave him another contract how many risks do we take. Even if and it’s a big if he gets fit how long before he breaks down again.

Calm your fuckin hardon down he hasnt said re sign him. He simply set let him train with us until he gets set up or decides his future.

As tree points out mentally the lad could be struggling and being around some friendly faces could be good for him.

It's not about football its just about being a decent human being.

Again and i must stress this to you, this is not suggesting we sign him on another contract.

I don't think anyone is going to be training with anyone for a while yet like.
