He's got the Alan Shearer goal celebration in his locker, I bet Ken sanctioned this signing, get the Shearer poster back out.

I'll go for "I think I've had his naan at the Dilshad."

Is it only me or does anyone else think that joke (if you can call it that) is getting a bit tedious now?

Oh by the way really pleased with the signing and have a good feeling he will make an impact.

Darlo fan in peace here. Also a Hearts season ticket holder since moving to Edinburgh 10 years ago. So I've seen a bit of Keena in action.

Sadly didn't transform promise / potential into his 1st team appearances for Hearts. Did quite well when out on loan to lower league teams up here, so could well work out for you.

I'd say he's more of a goal poacher than the type to dribble past a couple of players and shoot - or ping one in from 25 yards.

To be fair to the lad, he was part of a poor Hearts team in the last 12 months.

Parted on good terms with fans up here who all wish him well. Certainly a trier.

That Youtube video tends to disagree

Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you've seen and heard while Keena was at Hearts. Obviously YouTube videos are all about looking like a world-beater but I'd be delighted with a poacher who converts a decent ratio of chances. Hard to find that sort of player and you tend to do well if you've got one...

Beware YouTube vids - I haven’t watched it but suspect its made up of goals v lower league opposition. My comments are based on what I saw of Keena on the pitch at Tynecastle. Hope he’s able to reproduce some spectacular goals - like I said he left hearts on good terms

People like Gerd Muller and Denis Law were goal poachers. And you know what? It worked.

Yeap. Think given good service Keena should do well. Problem at Hearts recently is that strikers have been expected to win a header, flick onto themselves out wide, cross the ball in by themselves and be on the end of said cross to score.
Keena starts with a clean slate with you guys plus easier defenders to play against

Took 13 days for Gavin Hooligans clearance to come through, and that wasn't bang in the middle of a transfer window.

Dust off the facsimile machine.

Funny the big clubs don’t seem to have any trouble getting international clearance for players from all over the world but not little clubs. I know Darlington had trouble a few weeks ago.

stockport tried to sign justin jackson from wrexham a few years ago. it never happened due to the welsh fa. if the red scum from manchester had wanted someone from afganistan it would be done in minutes. wonder if full brown envelopes still come into it sometimes.

It’s the same in Scotland. If either of the Glasgow arse cheeks want to sign someone it happens. They notoriously opened up on a Sunday once to allow Celtic to sign Scott Sinclair
