We made them look a LOT better than they are at the Vic but still early days for the new lads, particularly in defence.

I agree pooliecrab. They were very impressive at the Vic but their league position suggests that it was a one off performance.

Perhaps we should hold a vote on this but it might end up with a 52%/48% split causing much trouble between Bunkerites who refuse to accept the result as conclusive.
Now who would be so daft as to do something like that.

If Havant would have won and we lost, although there quite a few clubs below us, we'd only 7 points off the relegation zone.
Maybe 'could have done with' than need. Happy to get a rare nil though....

That should see us mathematically safe now.

The most boring game I've seen for a long time, mainly thanks to the wind.

Barnet had the better chances and seemed to jave more urgency about them, so happy with an away point and a clean sheet at the end.

Just got home. Another game ruined by the wind, which was absolutely freezing too. Neither side really managed to put much together in terms of consistent possession and attacks.A game of few chances that was end to end mainly because the final pass went astray or was lost due to the wind. I reckon about 120 poolies there. Probably the best bar for visiting fans, indoors and a great break from the cold. One other point to note, LOL at the frisk down search by stewards on entering the ground..
Hoping for better entertainment down at Eastleigh in a couple of weeks.

Some great noise from Poolies all during the game, and at half time.

The away bar is really canny, it was bizarre that they were setting it up for a night do at the time though. Whatever they were cooking smelt ellish.
