Yes, of course I was upset yesterday, would have loved the title, but it wasn't to be and its probably fair to say that Walsall maybe deserved it. However, what has cheered me up no end has been the endless queue of Loads on the rivals board gloating in our 'failure'. This from supporters of a time that have habitually capituated (like that?) throughout many seasons recently despite being one of the richest clubs in the world and a stadium matched only by the San Siro, fantastic !!!!!
On the flip side mind, we have that clown Headlander, boy what I would do with him, sometimes I laugh at his obvious attemp to be contraversial but not yesterday, totally out of order on commenting on a season that has seen us come 2nd in the league after having had the season we had last year, broken 10 club records and can look forward to League 1 football next season..

some people said it was out of order to say that if headlander croaked it, not too many tears would be shed for him. I see it like this - everybody has to die some time or other, so if he would be so kind and start shuffling off the end of his mortal coil the rest of us would be ever so grateful..................

I can't imagine that a dead Headlander would provoke too many Toothy like reactions. If he dies, he dies. it's no big drama.

but I think I'd visit the corpse in the funeral parlour to get an ID on him with someone who knows what he looks like, just to make sure that the fu-cker was indeed inside the coffin. Then we could point and laugh.

He was actually stood next to me at the game yesterday and I warned him before the game not to start moaning.I worked at British Steel with him for 17 years so I do know how to take him but sometimes he is too much even for me and I have had a few arguments with him.I think that I will move places for next season..............
