Bloody hell , 30 years ago.


FA Cup 4th round replay at Bournemouth.

I was living in Newcastle and got the train down from there, meeting up en-route with a few poolies who got on at Darlo. Stayed overnight and stopped off in York on the way back. Great turnout for a night game, had we won it was Man U at home in the next round, a game Pools had said they would consider playing at Newcastle.

Well spotted Richy, counting backwards doesn't seem to be my strong point, I did the same the other week, I blame Brexit stpid . Still only seems like yesterday though.
