The team has lacked characters for years and comes across more like a herd of wild deer who act like a herd and when things got tits up just collapse en masse. Anyone conversant with Toy Story 3 will recall Lotso (Lots o hugging), the apparently welcoming and friendly bear who welcomes every new arrival, but actually runs the place.

I’m getting the impression that if some of the players don’t like the manager, the manager loses out.
I am starting to dislike this vague, uncommitted attitude we’ve been viewing for a few years now.

Getting rid last close season of all those associated with this malaise , would of tackled this problem, Magnay, Featherstone, Hawkins etc. Personally I would get rid of anyone with a Middlesbrough connection.
