..... the dross on the field continues. After employing numerous styles of management the malaise on the field has continued, so we have to ask is the problem in the changing room, because even promising players and loanees quickly descend to the same level. The team has lacked characters for years and comes across more like a herd of wild deer who act like a herd and when things got tits up just collapse en masse. Anyone conversant with Toy Story 3 will recall Lotso (Lots o hugging), the apparently welcoming and friendly bear who welcomes every new arrival, but actually runs the place.
Have we got a Lotso in the changing room? Please report any sightings of a pink and white bear prowling the corridors of power.

I’m getting the impression that if some of the players don’t like the manager, the manager loses out.
I am starting to dislike this vague, uncommitted attitude we’ve been viewing for a few years now.
Anyone advocating the it’s not the players fault, is avoiding the elephant in the room. No manager appears to succeed no matter what their style of management. Now I’m prepared to accept there’ll be duffers among that number, but it’s odd that every manager fails.

Getting rid last close season of all those associated with this malaise , would of tackled this problem, Magnay, Featherstone, Hawkins etc. Personally I would get rid of anyone with a Middlesbrough connection.

I get the impression that if you wrote a letter to Money, Hignett would be the one first to open it , just saying like.

If you say so. Hey PJ, do you think we will survive in League 1 this season?

What are you on about now?

I think it’s time to ignore you, you have become a parody of yourself and unbearable. Quite funny at times unintentionally of course but enough is enough. You keep making up your nonsense I’ll leave you to it

If you can, please re-read what I wrote - I said 'If I was Money'............see the emphasis?

Don't bother replying: I can walk and talk at the same time and don't need any of your 'lessons'.

Please do , I beat you to it, though over last couple of days I have been replying to your posts, my weakness. We will never agree, you go into debates with prejudice, you don't really want to agree with me do you?.

You never offer any suggestions of your own, just pick faults with others posts. You have defended this club since league 1 days, spouting the same old shite , about supporting the club and everything is rosey in the garden when it wasn't. I was proved right you were proved wrong , you obviously can't deal with it, BYE.
