Nations Cup, Checkatrade, this, footballs going mad

Thirty teams from the Scottish Championship, Scottish League One and Scottish League Two will compete, along with four teams from the Highland Football League (one eliminated in preliminary round) and four from the Lowland Football League (one eliminated in preliminary round). In addition to this, Under-21 teams of the clubs competing in the Scottish Premiership will be represented. This will be the third edition with two clubs from both Northern Ireland's NIFL Premiership and the Welsh Premier League and will be the second time that two teams from the League of Ireland will enter. A new change is the addition of two entrants are from the English National League

Think it’s due to them finishing highest last season (without being promoted)

Not much of a reward is it

What would happen if Sutton get into the final? Won't happen like but just say if they did would it be a trip to Hampden Park?

There are enough fixtures in this league without teams like Sutton having to go to Scotland to play Airdrie in front of a couple of hundred people. Hope our game with them in October isnt called off because they have to play a game in this farce.

Unlikely. The final is normally played at a club ground. Somewhere like Easter Road is more likely to be used.

I see Sutton have drawn Bohemiens away in the next round who are based in Dublin.

Decent away day that to be sure.
