The thread on this new liaison group with John Walter Mitty Shithead as it's main man has been locked.
I think that this event is very significant to Hartlepool United and the club's supporters and therefore is a very necessary topic of discussion.
I would like the thread to be unlocked or a new one started.
For the record I am all in favour of the general idea but want to be convinced that it was necessary for the club to appoint. I think the club should of muted the idea in an open manner, asked for nominees or volunteers and then, in the event that there was more than one candidate, have an election.
At that point I would have been right behind both the concept and the successful nominee's appointment.

I'm not advocating people having a pop at each other and if everybody is happy with what has happened, I'm fine with that. It's just that the vibes I'm picking up seem to suggest that the big danger to the new found positivity and optimism that the new regime has brought to the club and us fans, which I am all in favour of, is being undermined by this appointment and the way it has been done.
If nobody wants to discuss it then so be it.

I've just checked the moderator log and it was logged by a mod at 12pm last night and unlocked again around 10am this morning. I have no idea why. Mods please remember that the bunker has never stifled free speech. Threads are locked only when there is a legal reason why they should be and not because someone might not like it.
