Welsh Premier action most Friday or Saturday nights 7.35 ish.
Last night Aberystwyth v Cardiff MU 1-4 enjoyable game to watch and its great you cant understand the commentators as its in Welsh. Big problem is all players are called Davies/Davis/Williams/Jones or Evans.
Standard seems similar to Pools.
Virgin 166, Freesat 120 and Sky 134 not though on freeview in England.

Even if the standard was the same I'd not want to suffer any more than I have to supporting and watching Pools.

The mighty Caernarfon back in the premier league, used to watch them when lived there, got best last night but my sources say they were unlucky!
