Luke James for me is a very logical one, Higgy rates him and he’s got his confidence back at Barrow with 7 goals in 15 games at this level for a shit team.

I’d be suprised if he didn’t end up back at Pools in the summer.

I'm struggling to think of a Pools player who's return has been a real success, Luke James included. I wouldn't say no to James mind as he's clearly found form and confidence at this level.

He likes Luke Williams and Jack Barmby too. Williams hasn’t played much really in last few seasons, don’t know if he’s been injured, so might relish regular football for someone he knows and trusts him.

Likewise Barmby who I think plays in the MLS

100% agree with PJ I think James would be a cracking signing

Just James for me, no comfort zones and returning serial losers. I just think James is the type of grafter we need and I think he’d bag 20+ with a full season at this level.

Luke James, Noble and Andrew Davies are not players I expected us to be in a position to sign. Would be very hopeful if true and may even stretch to a few quid on avoiding relegation!
