I need some advice on Rent!!!!
Our tenancy ends on 29th July so on 23rd June I will be paying our last month's rent.
Because we have been paying 1 month in advance do I have to pay full rent for the period of 23rd June-29th July....or will they expect only the 6 days extra????

Depends what it says in your Rental Agreement, I assume you have give the owner the required notice, usually 1 month.

Yeah everything thing is above board in that regard.
In the tenancy agreement it states that we pay rent 1 month in advance.
On the day of our move we paid first months rent (in advance) and deposit/bond.

Where you moving to Mutters?

Not sure yet....seeing a couple of houses this week.

The devil is in the detail Mr Mutley so without seeing the agreement it’s impossible to be sure.

Assuming that you’re on a six month minimum term Assured Shorthold then you could be liable for the full six months rent unless you have a written agreement with the landlord for early termination and waiver of the unused period.

All agreed with landlord.
