He was already on a suspended sentence for contempt of court yet stood outside of court on Friday making an hour long Facebook Live video including people involved in the trial!! Whatever he claims his motives are for spreading and inciting racial hatred they can have nothing to do with the victims of these crimes as his presence and filming could potentially jeapordise these trials and you never know see a case collapse and these people get off.

The bloke is a fucking numbskull, who is rightfully is prison for being a fucking numbskull but I won’t hold my breath for the people who purport to love him to realise that. Also the claims that the trial had restrictions on it, every single trial has restrictions on it and stringent rules these laws have been in place for years and years we live on country that is meant to be civilised so anyone is entitled to a fair trial and most importantly victims are entitled to justice. I wonder what grounds they think he has for an appeal or to freed seen as he plead guilty and admitted he had ‘deep regret’ for his actions.

No the jury was out considering it’s verdict if any of the jury were exposed to this footage made by this nugget and the judge was made aware of it he’d have been forced to declare a mistrial with a retrial costing hundreds of thousands of pounds. Also and most importantly it would have had a huge impact on the victims who have surely already been through enough. These rules and restrictions are not in place for a laugh, he broke the law, he admitted it and now he is rightfully in prison.

The contempt rules are there for a reason. There are (rightfully) limitations on what can be put to a jury to ensure a fair trial; as PJ says, flouting those rules will lead to a jury being dismissed, and a new trial arranged. That is in no-one's interest. If idiots elsewhere can't see that, I despair.
